Der Stadtwehrturm "Bürgergehorsam", ehemalig Gefängnis für Aufsässige und NS-Fahnenhalle beleuchtet durch Scheinwerfer auf Drehscheibe.
Gegenüber der Kunsthalle Osnabrück als Werbeaktion für das European Media Art Festival EMAF.

The city's fortified tower "Bürgergehorsam", former prison for rebellious citizens, shelter in case of defence, hall for the flags in NS times - is changed into a lighthouse with coloured floodlights on a revolving stage. Slowly changing coloured light is shining from the former embrasures and covers the tower and its surroundings in a romantic atmosphere.
