The city's fortified tower Bürgergehorsam, former prison for rebellious citizens, shelter in case of defence, hall for the flags in NS times - is changed into a lighthouse with coloured floodlights on a revolving stage by Sonia Wohlfarth Steinert.

Slowly changing coloured light is shining from the former embrasures and covers the tower and its surroundings in a romantic atmosphere.

A sign of peace and reconciliation with history and a new symbolism.
